Explicit Consent Declaration

Official Legal Notice: This document is an English translation of the original Turkish text. In the event of any dispute, ambiguity, or discrepancy between this translation and the Turkish text, the original Turkish text shall prevail.

Within the scope of university placement and educational consulting services provided by ThinkTürkiye:

1. Processing of Identity and Academic Documents: For the purpose of thoroughly executing my university admission application, conditional acceptance procurement, diploma equivalency application, and student residence permit procedures; I consent to the recording, storage on secure servers, and processing by İpekyolu Kişisel Gelişim ve Eğitim Ltd. Şti. of my passport identity page, graduation diploma, academic transcript, exam result certificates, and biometric photograph,
2. Transfer to Domestic and International Institutions: I consent to the transfer of my application documents to the admissions boards and international student admission offices of the universities I selected, to YÖK, to the Presidency of Migration Management, to relevant consulates, and to official verification authorities,
3. Communication Permission: I consent to receiving informative communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email regarding the stages of my application, admission results, visa/registration calendars, and university announcements,

Declaring that I have read and understood the KVKK Clarification Notice and have been fully informed of my rights, I hereby grant my explicit consent of my own free will.
